The 2016 Homecoming Court dressed up as different occupations today and a challenge took place at lunch where participants had to search through a pile of whipped cream without using their hands to find a piece of gum for the third day of Homecoming Week.
The competitors had to search for the piece of gum and blow a bubble in the shortest amount of time. Seniors Adam Enomoto and Kalea Conrad tied with Max Taylor and Delaney Kluth during today’s challenge.
“The games have been a great bonding experience for us,” Enomoto said. “I’m excited for the rest of the competitions and dress up days this week.”
The Associated Student Body selected the dress up themes for each day of homecoming week for the students, which is separate from the members of the Homecoming Court. Costa students wore shirts with different sports team logos and jerseys, as a part of Team Tuesday.
“Today has been my favorite dress up day so far,” Kluth said. “To me the most important part was having fun and not as much about winning or losing.”
