PTSA Board Member Ellen Rosenberg leads the Student and Teacher Stress and Wellness Meeting on Monday, October 17th. The PTSA Board Members attempted to discover the source for student stress.

Student Representatives Alyssa Castruonovo, Duke Mahr, Jamie Hoffman, and Katie Tominaga listen in on the Stress and Wellness Meeting. They also discussed possible causes of student stress at Mira Costa.

Mira Costa Counselor Eliza Santarosa listens and comments on the wellbeing of students at Mira Costa. Santarosa commented on how the school could accommodate the rising levels of student stress.

Teachers, Counselors, and PTSA Board Members listen and respond to suggestions on the regulation of student stress levels. The Board Members produced many different ideas to tackle rising stress levels at Mira Costa.

Mira Costa English Teacher Jonathan Westerberg comments on the recent student stress levels at Mira Costa High School. Westerberg commented at his first hand interactions with student stress at Mira Costa.
