The Mira Costa boys soccer team defeated Palos Verdes high school 1-0 on Friday, Jan. 12 at Palos Verdes high school. The top performers of the match included senior goalkeeper Andrew Fasano for eight saves to shutout Palos Verdes.
Mira Costa’s girls basketball team defeated Morningside by 41 points on Jan. 16 at Morningside High School with a score of 66-25. The top performer of the game was sophomore Skylar Herdman who was a strong defender helping Costa hold the Monarchs to under 30 points.
