After defeating Iolani the day before, the Mustangs came back once again to sweep Punahou high school while playing in Hawaii on April 9. The sweep was composed of scores 25-22, 25-10, and a close 26-24 as the Mustangs proved their strength.

Mira Costa swept Iolani in a non-league game in Hawaii. On April 8, the Mustangs played at Punahou high school as part of a competitive and relaxing spring break.
On the first day of spring break, April 1, the Mira Costa boys volleyball team maintained their perfect record by defeating Loyola. At the neutral location of Loyola Marymount the Mustangs knocked off the Cubs in the fifth game, with final scores of 23-25, 25-18, 23-25, 25-21, and 15-12.
On April 12, the Mira Costa boys tennis team competed against Redondo for their third Bay League game of the season. The Mustangs were unable to match the play of the Seahawks, falling 10-8. The boys are now 9-7 overall and 1-2 in league play.

The Mira Costa boys and girls track teams visit Penninsula High School on April 12. The Panthers posed quite a threat for the Mustangs, leaving girls varsity the only division to win, 88-47. The boys lost 78-58 in this second Bay League competition.
Mira Costa’s boys golf team hit the road on April 12, to take on Redondo Union High School at Los Verdes golf course. The boys fell just short in their closest Bay League match of the season with a final score of 191-192.
