Girls softball played Whittier High School in a non Bay League game on Saturday. The Mustangs won in a close game with the final score being 5-4. The player of the game was senior shortstop Brittany Werre with a home run and a run that won the game.

The Mustangs varsity volleyball played the Costa alumni in scrimmage on Friday winning, 3-2. The Mustangs won the first two games 25-18 and 25-10. However the alumni would not go down without a fight.

On Friday, May 1, the boys lacrosse team took on Palos Verdes at home. They were expected to lose badly against PV due to their previous match against them. The final score was 13 to 7 with PV taking the win.

The Mustang baseball team beat Inglewood High School at home on Friday, by a score of 19-1, which improved their overall record to 17-7. The Mustangs now hold a Bay League record of 4-2.
