Costa’s Associated Student Body hosted its first annual Club Day of the school year during lunch today in the Mustang Mall, where student organizations sell food to raise money for their causes. ASB encouraged students to participate in club day with social media posts and daily announcements in the school bulletin. Cross Country beats the heat at their second meet of the season

On September 6, Mira Costa High School’s Cross Country Team beat the heat in their second meet of the season called the Cool Breeze Invitational at the Brookside Country Club, in Pasadena. The JV girls were the first to race, resulting in a victory led by senior Ella Scalabrini, who finished third out of 190 runners.
