The Mira Costa varsity boys basketball team defeated West Torrance High School 54-52 at home on Friday, Jan. 25. The Mustangs are now 5-2 in Bay League.
Senior Cole Feaster was Costa’s top scorer with 14 points. Seniors Ryan Kaseff and Oliver Mausner scored 10 and 8 points respectively.
“The feeling after the game, when you come out victorious, is indescribable,” junior Brandon Mills said. “Big plays are great but the little things win the game in the end.”
The Mustangs will face rival Redondo Union High School in an away match on Tuesday, Jan. 29.
