Opening of October 11th, the Getty Center presents “Giovanni di Paolo: Shimmer of Gold”, a stunning representation of the enlightenment era in Sienna. “Coronation of the Virgin”, its gold flecks illuminated by the gleaming lights, highlighted the peak of Giovanni di Paolo’s talent and knowledge.
