The Mira Costa boys varsity soccer team played on Tuesday Dec.11 in an away game against South Torrance High School. The Mustangs won 4-0 making the team’s record 2-2.
Senior forward Grant Southwood and junior Matt Beuder both scored for Costa in the first half. In the second half, senior Frank Raleya scored. Beuder also scored his second goal of the game.
“It was great to see the team work so well together today,” Southwood said. “I’m excited to see how the rest of the season plays out.”
The boys next game will take place on Friday, Dec.13 at home against Beverly Hills High School.
