Mira Costa’s Rugby coach tells the team what to do in the drill they are about to do. Rugby practiced at the field due to football still being in season. Rugby players scrimmage with themselves at the end of their practice. Rugby season will start during the winter when football is offseason. Some students pass the ball in a circle to practice for their upcoming season. Rugby has only been at Costa for a few years, but have done very well in the past. Sophomore Evan Anderson asks the coach about a drill they are about to do. There were many people who joined rugby this year and they hope to get more players in the future. All the new rugby players line up to get ready to scrimmage. Girls Rugby was just added to Costa and are practicing very hard for their season.
