Costa player held his opponent at the top of the twelve line, so he will not get a shot on goal. Costa varsity offense man looks for an open lane to drive through or an open teammate to pass to. He was on his toes because he needed to make a quick decision on what to do with the ball. Peninsula draw taker and Costa draw taker, Alej Ruiz, set up at center field to take the draw. One player from each team goes in the circle to take the draw when the game is starting, when the second half begins, or after a team scores. Senior Casey Bonner cradles the ball in his stick at the top of the twelve line. Bonner used great speed and skill while running to goal and scored in result.
