Sophomore Varsity girls golf player, Erica Skinner, follows through after hitting the ball on the first hole. The girls played a total of nine holes at the Palos Verdes Golf Club.
A group of girls walk up the fairway to find their ball and make their second stroke. The girls had to walk on foot from hole to hole in the blazing hot weather and play around 3 hours of golf.
Sophomore, Isabella Walker, lines up her putt before she hits the ball towards the hole. Isabella has been on Costa golf for 2 years and wants to continue it throughout her years at Costa.
Sophomore, Shani Waite, prepares to putt the ball on the fourth hole. The greens at the Palos Verdes Golf Club were extremely dry and fast causing a lot of golfers to miss their putts.
Varsity golf player, Delilah Gunn, squares up to hit the ball on the fairway. Most of the players were able to keep their scores around par but some were unable to keep their composure.
