Varsity Dance Team performs the opening number in the annual Lip Sync in the Mira Costs auditorium. Dance Team once again hosted the Lip Sync, raising money for their teams through selling tickets to students, parents, and teachers.

ASB students show off their hard work they put into their “Police and Prisoners” themed performance. Mira Costa’s Associated Student Body participated this year to carry on the tradition of their involvement in the lip sync, and to bond with their own members.

Sophomores Olivia Stanley and Ansley Rowell perform a comical Lip Sync number, letting their personalties shine through. Their camping themed performance made the audience laugh and allowed the girls to be creative with their songs.

Comedy Sports holds up their “initiates” into the program in their cult themed  number. The group delivered again this year and tried to top last year’s performance, which won them first place.

Advanced Drama poses at the end of their impressive dance and waits for applause from the crowd. These juniors and seniors happily took home first place this year due to their lip syncing, dancing, and personality in their act.
