Who Let the Guide Dogs Out: Mira Costa Senior Katherine Spencer fosters guide dog, Moira, in training through the Los Angeles Southwest Guide Dog Raisers program. Moira will attend the Guide Dogs for the Blind Advanced Training Center in San Rafael, California after Spencer leaves for college.
