Jonah Tavai plays on five rugby teams around the Los Angeles area, including on Mira Costa’s team, and recently travelled to London to play in a tournament with the Rhinos Rugby Academy. Tavai started a GoFundMe to raise money to go on the trip and he completed his fundraising goals within three days with support from the community.
