After Redondo Beach’s Recreation and Parks Commission proposed allowing dogs in city parks, the surrounding cities of Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Torrance all have agreed, and will do the same. The motion will begin in April or May of this year. Photo courtesy of redondo.org.
