On Friday, Jan. 27 the Mira Costa girls soccer team played a home game against West Torrance and won with a final score of 4-2. The girls’ records are now 18-2 overall and 5-1 in Bay League.
Sophomore Kimby Keever led the Mustangs by scoring two goals. Junior Megan Mahoney and freshman Jenna McKinney also added one goal each.
The girls’ next game will be an away game on January 31st against Redondo Union High School.
