In the last Bay League game of the season, the Mira Costa boys basketball team beat Palos Verdes High School away on Feb. 9. The Mustangs won with a final score of 69-56, bringing their records to 17-9 overall and 4-6 in Bay League.
Junior Cole Feaster led Costa with 15 points and six assists while sophomore Justin Strings followed with 14 points and five rebounds.
After placing fourth in Bay League, the Mustangs will advance into the CIF playoffs with the first round beginning on Feb. 17 away against Adolfo Camarillo.
