The girls basketball team defeated Marlborough High School, 62-41, on Friday Jan. 19, extending its winning streak to four games. The Mustangs now have a 13-8 overall record.
Senior Rachel Humphrey scored ten points for the Mustangs and senior Cameryn Chan had eight points throughout the game. Costa had a strong lead going into the fourth quarter with a score of 51-25.
“I am really confident in our team because I feel we have really grown and really understand our roles on the court,” Humphrey said. “I’m really excited to advance in Bay League and continue to succeed with this great team.”
