Boys Water Polo defeats Redondo 3-18

Following their loss against Montebello, Mira Costa boys water polo came out on top on October 9, against Redondo Union High School. Redondo tried to put up a fight, however Costa would not budge, allowing the mustangs to be undefeated in Bay League play.

The score of the game was 3-18 and Costa looked unbeatable from the beginning. With quick offense and strong defense it was a quick game for Costa.Top performers included Ed Jeon, Brandon Lavinsky, Jake Miller-Tolt, Christain Thortan, and Andrew Todd

“ I think we played a great game we came out strong and played some good water polo.” said Coach Reichardt, “ Today it didn’t matter who I played weather it was subs or stars everybody played well.”

The next game will be held on October 11, against La Canada High School at the Pasadena City College.
