Dr. Matthews explains Measure C to parents and people in the district. The meeting for the construction in Manhattan Beach was in the cafeteria. One parent explains all the renovations that will be done on the field and locker rooms. Redondo Union High School was an example of what Costa wants. Superintendent Dr. Matthews shows pictures of what our outdated locker rooms look like right now. Costa locker rooms are very old and they were compared to those at surrounding schools. One district person explains in depth Measure C and how long it will take. The time line for the proposal was a very long discussion with issues of where teams would practice.
