The first annual Costapalooza was planned and put on by ASB and took place Friday, October 28th in the Mira Costa High School quad. The grilled cheese truck worker hands the customer his grilled cheese. This event had a grilled cheese truck and an Italian ice truck that were selling food to the members of the community that attended. A Costapalooza visitor plays on an electronic surfboard located in the quad while at Costapalooza. One of the forms of entertainment at Costapalooza was a bounce house with a motorized surfboard on it for anyone at Costapalooza to use. A group of girls hold up props while taking photos in the photo booth at Costapalooza. There was a free photo booth located behind the english buildings that had props to use in the photos for anyone to use. A guitar player and singer opens the musical show at Costapalooza. There were a series of bands playing on the stage from around 4 pm to 7 pm, including Mira Costa principle Dr. Dale’s band.
