Mira Costa’s Social and Emotional Wellness Committee met on Monday in the conference room to discuss this week’s Shadow Days and ways to reduce student stress.
This week, Costa staff members shadowed 14 students throughout the school day in order to examine the different schedules they each face. The committee plans to meet again on Dec. 12 to reflect on the Shadow Days.
