Mira Costa’s student body dressed as “nerdy” versions of their Redondo Union High School rivals on Wednesday, Nov. 10. This dress up day has become a tradition on Mira Costa campus in recent years.
“I think it shows the rivalry between the two schools really well, and it’s fun to make fun of Redondo. It’s just for fun, though,” said freshman Sabrina Mongielo.
Student Government held the event to support the varsity boys football team, which will play an away game at Redondo tonight.
