Kristin Wolberg, Donna Cessnor, Jan Norris, and Joe Ciasulli decided to make registration for Advanced Placement exams accessible online this year for students.
Online AP Registration Website
The online signups became accessible on Associated Student Body’s online student store on Jan. 23. ASB has used the online store for other test registrations, like the PSAT. The decision was made to make registration more convenient for students, according to Ciasulli. In previous years, students had to stand in line at lunch and register in person.

“This is just another alternative that their student can utilize,” Ciasulli said. “In prior years, we’ve had numerous parents who had to bring checks and forms to school at lunch to register for their students who were sick or otherwise unavailable. Now that can be avoided.”
There is no extra fee for students who register at the ASB online student store. Students can still register in person at the student store if they prefer. This alternative is helpful for students who are sick or out of town, according to Ciasulli.
“I think making the signups accessible online was a really good decision that will make the process much less of a hassle,” Costa Junior Lauren Friedrich said. “This will affect me positively because now I don’t have to wait in line at school to sign up.”
