Students from all grades attended Costa’s annual Winter Formal on Saturday at the LAX Westin Hotel.
The event featured a live DJ and a buffet, and students from other schools were also in attendance.
“I loved how the music kept everyone on the dance floor, making it a truly fun night,” Costa sophomore Jim Reynolds said. “The food was also really good and had a lot of options.”
Costa’s Associated Student Body hosted Winter Formal. Ticket sales began on Jan. 15 and cost around $45 a person. ASB member and junior Sarah Childs said that more tickets were sold this year than any other year.
“Winter Formal is really fun because it’s the only formal event open to all grades which is the main reason so many students attend,” Childs said. “ASB makes all of the decisions by coming up with themes, names, and venues, then voting on them.”
