Manhattan Beach residents gather in the small theater to look at the plans for the new sports facilities on campus. This open house took on Tuesday, April 4th for any community members to attend.Architect Peter Barsuk speaks to community members about the Measure EE plans. The Gensler Architectural Firm as well as the Manhattan Beach Unified School District held an open house to inform community members of the plans.Athletic PE and Health teacher Mr. Beaumont observes notes left on one of the boards. Those that attended the open house were asked to write their comments sticky notes and stick them on the boards.Architect Steve Chung speaks to an attendee about the mapped out plans for the sports facilities. Poster boards were set up around the small theater with information about the architectural plans.Community members discuss their opinions on the plans for the sports facilities while at the open house. Throughout the open house many groups of people came to share their opinions and learn more about Measure EE.
