Freshman Hailey Stazkow directs a rehearsal for her theater company, Anchorless Productions. Stazkow’s company was created to include young adults with disabilities in the production of theater performances.Participants in Hailey Stazkow’s rehearsal sing and dance as a group on Tuesday, May 9. The rehearsal was held at Mychal’s learning place in Hawthorne, California.Mira Costa student Hailey Stazkow leads her group in a dance alongside one of her peers. Stazkow and other students practiced with a group of young adults for their upcoming performance which will take place this upcoming weekend.Hailey Stazkow watches over her class as they play a game to warm up for their rehearsal. Students went in a circle giving compliments to each other, then proceeded to shake out their arms and legs in preparation for their dance.Hailey Stazkow leads her class in song from the stage at the front of the class. Stazkow helped teach her group a choreographed song and dance to add a musical element to their theater production.
