The Sunday that my dad and I left, we went to see the Phoenix Suns play the Spurs after church before we left. The Suns play in downtown Phoenix and play in the Talking Stick Resort Arena. This was the other main reason we went to Phoenix.This is one of the oldest churches in Arizona, located in downtown Phoenix right across the street from my hotel and a few blocks from the baseball stadium and basketball arena. I went to church here the Sunday before I left, as my dad and I are catholicSitting right behind the glass at the hockey game, we happened to be right behind the benches and penalty boxes as well. A St. Louis Blues player is sitting in the box here serving a 2 minute minor penalty, I don’t remember what for though.While in Phoenix, my dad and I went to nearby Glendale AZ to go see an Arizona Coyotes hockey game. This was the day before we left back to Cali, and one of the main reasons that we went to AZ.On a flight back from Phoenix where I spent a few days while on summer vacation this past summer with my dad. The sunset represents the hot Arizona sun that I experienced, we would have stayed longer except my dad had work back in LA.My dad and I looking at the Phoenix skyline from the parking lot outside of our hotel downtown. Arizona is one of my father and I’s favorite vacation spot, which is why we went. This picture is from the summer.This is the World Series trophy that the Diamondbacks won back in 2001 against the New York Yankees. They won the title in only the 3rd year of the teams existence. I saw this at Diamondbacks fan fest.Diamondbacks star first baseman Paul Goldschmidt bats against the Dodgers in the early innings of the divisional matchup in late September of last years MLB season at Chase field in Phoenix.Being a military city, an army jeep drives through downtown Phoenix after the end of the baseball game. I was with my dad walking back to the hotel when I saw this.The Dodgers visit the Diamondbacks in a late season division duel in Phoenix, one of the major reasons for going to Phoenix was to see this game.
