Man Accused of Exposing Costa Student is Arrested

(Courtesy of iStock) Man suspected of exposing himself to minors in Manhattan Beach is arrested. George Eugene Milton was detained for the incident on September 5th which involved exposure of nudity subjected on two Costa students.

Manhattan Beach detectives arrested Carson resident Richard Eugene Milton in connection with the Sept. 5 indecent exposure incident.

Two Mira Costa female students were making their way home on Sept. 5 when a middle aged man in a black vehicle exposed himself to the underage girls. When the man approached the two students in a tinted vehicle, he asked for directions then continued to expose himself in the car. The two girls ran away from the vehicle and were not injured.

According to a Manhattan Beach Police Department, police arrested the 31-year-old accused of exposure just blocks away from campus two days after the incident. Milton is currently in custody at the Manhattan Beach Jail.

According to a Manhattan Beach Police Department press release, “Detectives investigated the incident On September 7, 2018 at approximately 1 PM, Milton was arrested in the area of Rosecrans Avenue and Isis in the City of Hawthorne for indecent exposure.”
