Mira Costa’s Drama and Tech Department will be performing their spring musical “Drowsy Chaperone” from April 26 to May 4 in the auditorium.

The play is about theatre in the Jazz Age. Junior Tucker St. Ivany plays the  narrator, Man in the Chair, and senior Hannah Ryan plays the Drowsy Chaperone.

“I’m extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to have this role, ‘Man in the Chair.’ He’s someone who I can relate to,” St. Ivany said. “What’s unique about my role is I actually get to interact with audience members and talk straight to them during the show.”
