The 32nd annual Richstone Walk took place on April 27 at 8:30 a.m. at the Manhattan Beach Pier.
The walk encouraged people to show their support and raise funds for the Richstone Family Center for the treatment and prevention of child abuse in Los Angeles. Participants started at the Manhattan Beach Pier and ended at the Hermosa Beach Pier, walking for a total of 3.4 miles.
“I was at the Richstone Walk to help raise awareness for what the Richstone Foundation does,” sophomore Milla Solnicki said. “It’s really good for the community because of the awareness it raises for this issue, brings help to the issue with donations and is an opportunity to exercise and socialize.”
