The Mira Costa girls soccer team visited the Redondo Sea Hawks on Jan. 25. The Mustangs lost their second consecutive Bay League game of the year with a score of 2-0.
Senior Dana Eisenhower was a force in the goal as she was able to prevent five shots from going in.
Unfortunately, the offense was not a force on its own. For the second straight game, Mira Costa’s front line was anemic, shut out by the Bay League opponent.
Mira Costa hosts West Torrance on Jan. 28. With a Bay League record of 2-0-2 and an overall record of 11-2-4, the girls will look for a win to improve their record.
