MB community gathers for holiday fireworks show

MB Holiday Fireworks Inc. in cooperation with the City of Manhattan Beach put on its 31st-annual Skechers Manhattan Beach Holiday Fireworks show on Dec. 8 at the Manhattan Beach pier.
Various businesses helped to sponsor the event and the conjoining activities, such as the Skechers snow park. LACarGuy sponsored the three performances by Joe’s Band, Costa’s Jazz Ensemble and Hyperion Outfall “Dixieland Christmas.”
“It has been a tradition for my family, friends and I to go to the fireworks every year,” senior Emilee Ray said. “I love gathering with people and walking down to watch the awesome show.”
