The Mira Costa Mustangs triumphs over the South High Spartans; 15-3

Mira Costa battled against South High on Tuesday, September 14, with a final score of 15-3. Holding onto their winning streak, the Mustangs are ready to keep fighting as the season continues.

“We went into this game ready to fight and play our hardest against the Spartans,” senior Ella Davis said. “We went into this match with confidence and excitement to go out and play. We did not hold back and everyone gave it their all to earn this win for the Mustangs.”

The Mustangs now have a record of 3-1, ready to continue winning as the season progresses. Senior Ella Lokier says that they are excited to continue their streak while having fun at every match.

“The girls and I have started becoming better friends with one another, along every team,” Lokier said. “We have become more unified as a whole, thus allowing us to perform better and keep our winning streak going. We love being a team and can’t wait for the rest of the season to see what’s in store for us.”
