Taylor Alison Swift is the queen of the music industry. There is no debate. While this article is in the Opinion section of this wonderful newspaper, this is not opinion; it is fact.

Swift consistently produces addictive music with brilliant lyrics while keeping her fans excited and engaged through continuous Easter eggs, showing her genuinely benevolent personality with strong morals. Basically, she is an absolute goddess: witty, warm, and amazing.

Each album of Swift’s is its own unique entity, but the one thing all of her albums have in common is their striking lyrical genius. With heart-warming imagery of dancing with your lover in midnight rain as well as heart-wrenching descriptions of messy breakups, Swift’s enchanting lyrics cover a wide scope of relatable situations, emotions, and perspectives.

A marketing mastermind, she consistently encourages her fandom’s labyrinth-like theories as they vigilantly latch onto minute details in any and everything she does.

For example, Swift has made every announcement related to her newest album, the long-awaited iconic tenth album, “Midnights” (out today!! Stream it, stream it, stream it, and then stream it again!), at midnight sharp, EST. Additionally, she has four vinyls that, put together, make a clock. This only scrapes the surface of Swift’s captivating creativity; she eternally and unfailingly draws fans into her playful antics with each passing phenomenal era.

So, if you ever find yourself in the highly unfortunate situation of disliking the fearless leader of the music industry, Taylor Swift, simply thrust yourself into the flawless depths of her discography, past the superficial, overplayed 2015 radio hits that you believe define her. Your life is now changed; thank me later.
