After returning from Mid-Winter Break, Costa’s student clubs took yearbook photos Feb. 27 to Mar. 3, 2023. The photos will be placed in the 2022-23 yearbook, designed by students in the yearbook program.

“The yearbook is going well and we are almost done with it,” sophomore yearbook student Sara O’Brien said. “It’s great to see all the clubs recognized for their hard work.”

Club leaders organized meetings during lunch, office hours, or nutrition to meet with their group members and take their respective photos. The club section in the yearbook acknowledges student communities on campus.

“Joining clubs at Mira Costa has connected me with a lot of new peers I wouldn’t’ve met otherwise, and it’s great we got the opportunity to capture this memory,” senior Xavier Black said. “as a senior this year, it’ll be really cool to look back and see the different clubs going on at Costa, especially ones I was involved with.”
