On the evening of Wednesday, October 11th, at 6 P.M., Manhattan Beach Pier illuminated in white and blue lights as more than 500 individuals congregated to express their solidarity with the victims of the Israel-Hamas conflict. The vigil was organized by Rabbi Yossi Mintz of Chabad of the Beach Cities, in collaboration with other Jewish and Christian leaders from the South Bay, all of whom were recognized victims of the war at the candlelit ceremony.
