SZA headlined the Los Angeles leg of her SOS tour on both October 22 and 23, delivering a captivating performance at the prestigious Crypto.com Arena that spanned an impressive 1 hour and 30 minutes. Adding to the allure of the evening, she was joined on stage by the talents of D4vd and Omar Apollo.
The stage was transformed into an ocean, with water enveloping a grand ship, and the singer even floated around the stadium in a rowboat. From the soulful, self-reflective anthem “Special” to the high-energy revenge anthem “F2F,” the crowd passionately connected with every lyric, showcasing her broad range of emotions and genres.
“SZA was honestly the best concert I’ve ever been to,” said junior Jaxon Stroyke. “The energy was amazing, and it was so worth the wait. In my opinion, she topped the Era’s Tour.”
SZA’s performance showcased intricate choreography and dynamic costume changes that added an extra layer of excitement for the audience, keeping them thoroughly engaged. Her connection with her fans was undeniable, creating a memorable and immersive experience for everyone in attendance.
“I was nervous about going on a school night, but it was so worth it,” junior Miki Uchida said. “Her performance was amazing and I’m so glad she came to Los Angeles.”
