Ed Sheeran poured his heart into the final performance of his “Mathematics” tour at SoFi Stadium on Sept. 23.

sie Peters opened at SoFi, setting an impressive stage for Sheeran. Both artists had distinct styles, but they complemented each other nicely. Sheeran performed a wide range of songs from every album, leaving all fans satisfied. Sheeran performed with high energy and flawlessly executed difficult vocal maneuvers, displaying his lively personality and passion for music.
Sheeran’s talents were especially seen in his performance with musician Alicia Enstrom, who played the violin and performed impressive acrobatics while Sheeran sang hit song “Galway Girl” and strummed his guitar. This visual component of the concert was entertaining with its complexity, but Sheeran’s powerful voice still captured the majority of the audience’s attention. Fans were pleased that Sheeran stuck with his simple style throughout the performance, even when his guests sang with extravagant displays.
Sheeran continuously expressed sincere gratitude toward his fans and put all of his effort into each song. Between songs, he shared personal anecdotes and stories, transforming the massive stadium into a small gathering of long-time friends.
Near the end of the show, the crowd united to sing “Thinking Out Loud,” building an incredible choir of fans, and producing a raw, emotional response from Sheeran. Sheeran’s interaction with the audience provided immense excitement.
