In the 75th Annual Mt. Sac cross country invitation Mira Costa got placed 28th in the country and 5th in the state. Both the mens and womens’ varsity and junior varsity team placed high in all the competitions.
In the mens’ 2.93 miles, Mira Costa’s Carson Ehman placed first with a time of 16:14. In the same race, Max Myronowicz placed 2nd with a time of 16:15. Mira Costa had five runners in the top ten in this race.
In the womens’ 2.93 D1 sophomore green race, Costa’s Leoni Biegert placed 10th with a time of 21:31. In the same race, Costa’s Shane O’Brien placed 14th with a time of 21:51.
