The Mustang boys lacrosse team wrapped up the Foothill tournament on March 12 with its game against Foothill.
Costa won the first game of the tournament 10-9 against Los Alamitos but lost the second game 12-9 against San Clemente.
Costa suffered a second loss in their game against Foothill, 15-5. Ending the game with a 10 point deficit, the Mustangs struggled defensively throughout the game. Costa scored a goal during the first quarter, three goals in the third, and a final goal in the fourth quarter. Senior Tom Farrell scored 2 of the 5 goals for Costa, leading the team in offense.
Costa plays at Culver City on March 14. The team hopes to improve their record of 1-2.
