On September 15, the Mira Costa girls’ golf team defeated Redondo Union High School for the second time this season. The game began at 2:45 pm at the Mustangs’ home course, Chester Washington. The win puts Costa golf at a spotless 2-0 record for the season..
Sophomore Megan Kim led the Mustangs with a score of 36 in their 191-233 win over Redondo. She was followed by juniors Kari and Raquel Gordon who both racked up a score of 38.
The girls’ next game will be September 20, against South Torrance High School at 2:45 pm away at the Los Verdes golf course in Palos Verdes.
