On Thursday, September 22, the Mira Costa girls volleyball team played a close match against Marymount High School at home. The Mustangs were swept in three competitive games by scores of 26-24, 25-22, and 25-20 bringing their overall record to 4-6.
Although the team lost, the girls were led by junior Corie Bain, who led the team in assists and blocks, and senior Katie Warsaw, who led the team in digs.
The girl’s next game is on the road against Palos Verdes High School on September 27.
