The Mira Costa girls volleyball team defeated West High School at home on October 6 in three games. The win brings the girls overall record to 6-6 and their Bay League record to 2-0.
The Mustangs won their first two games 25-13 and their third game 25-18.
After creating a solid lead, the team inserted their subs in order to give them the ability to play in a varsity match. For this reason, no one person stood out, but the team came together as a whole to create a victory.
Costa looks to stay perfect in league at Peninsula on October 11.
