On Monday, Dec. 5, the Mira Costa girls soccer team won their second game of the season against Beverly Hills High School. The win improves the girls record to 2-1.
Junior Kirby Benson scored the first goal from a pass by junior Taylor Foland in the Mustang’s 2-0 win over Beverly Hills. The second goal was scored by junior Yvette Sandoval after a corner kick.
The team’s next game is on Tuesday, Nov. 6 at Chadwick High School.
