The Mira Costa boys soccer team had its second victory on Dec. 8 against St. Francis High school, making Costa’s record 2-1-1 for the season.
The game took place on the Mustangs’ home field at 3 p.m. The Mustangs’ huge 5-1 victory was due to the team’s aggressive offense and many saves from starting goalie junior Teddy Sampson.
The boys’ next game will be on Monday, Dec. 12 at Crespi High school starting at 5 pm.
